Against the order of punishment, as affirmed in appeal, the petitioner has a remedy to prefer a revision in terms of the provisions contained under Rule 13 of the U. P. Government Servant (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1999. Such remedy, since has not been availed by petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain petitioner's grievance. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
However, it is provided that in case petitioner prefers a revision alongwith a certified copy of this order within three weeks from today, the same shall be entertained and dealt with in accordance with law, expeditiously.
