The Advocates are abstaining from work. I have perused the record.
The petitioner has preferred the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India inter-alia with the prayer to direct the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Sant Kabir Nagar to decide the Civil Suit No. 11 of 2013 (Arsad & others Vs. Rehana Khatoon) within stipulated period.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not issue to the private-respondents.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the court below to consider and decide the matter on its turn without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
