High Court Of Judicature at Allahabad|18 June, 2010

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner Counsel :- R.P. Yadav Respondent Counsel :- C.S.C.
Hon'ble Krishna Murari, J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that notices have been issued, but the proceedings for demarcation and possession over the chak allotted to the petitioner have not yet been finalised. Considering the facts and circumstances, writ petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 3 to bring the proceedings to a logical end as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him after notice and opportunity of hearing to all concern. 18.06.2010 VKS/ WP 35593/10
