Perused the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. in which she has not supported the prosecution case.
No one is present on behalf of respondent no. 1.
Office is directed to return the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. to the C.J.M. concerned within seven days for information to the Investigating Officer.
