The request of the learned advocate for the petitioner to consider his case for granting temporary bail on the ground of `no adverse remarks' in the jail report can be considered at an appropriate stage.

However, subject matter of the petitioner is with regard to exercise of powers under Section 433A of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

It will be open for the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy.

Post the matter on 14th June, 2012.
