[1] Present application is filed by the wife of the convict seeking 90 days parole for her own treatment.
[2] An application was filed before the I.G. (Jails), which was rejected by order dated 06.03.2012. Reasons mentioned therein are that earlier the convict was released for treatment of his wife from 30.03.2008 to 08.05.2008 for 40 days. Besides, it is also mentioned in the medical treatment of Civil Hospital by the Doctor that "Investigation and Follow-up" is required. It is not mentioned that presence of husband of present applicant for her treatment is required.
