1. This application has been filed by the convict prisoner for extension of parole which has been granted by IG Prisons for a period of 15 days and which is to expire on 25-1-2012.
2. Heard the applicant in person and learned APP for the State.
3. It appears that the applicant was granted parole by the IG Prisons for a period of 15 days in connection with the after death ceremony of his father and said period is to be over today. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is partly allowed. Parole leave of the convict prisoner is extended for a period upto 29th January, 2012 on the same terms and conditions.
