JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Rule.
Mr. KL Pandya, learned APP waives notice of Rule.
The present application has been preferred by the applicant for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to take care of his mother's treatment.
It appears from the medical paper that the mother of the convict is suffering from pneumonia, pulm koch's and anemia. Therefore, the ground is genuine.
Under the circumstances, the applicant be released on temporary bail for a period of 10 days from the date of his actual release on the condition that he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.5000/- and one surety of the like amount with further direction that upon the expiry of the said period, he shall surrender with the jail authority.
Application allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule made absolute accordingly.
