This is an application for correction of the order dated 16.8.2018.
Learned counsel for the applicant stated that due to some inadvertant mistake, 'Additional Session Judge' was typed in place of 'Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate' in the body and prayer clause of the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
The correction application is allowed.
'Additional Session Judge' appearing in the fifth line of second paragraph of the aforesaid order be deleted and the same shall be read as 'Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate'.
