By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has,inter alia, sought following relief:
"(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned allotment of fair price shop by the respondent no.1"
We have heard the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents and perused the record.
Having gone through the entire writ petition, we do not find any ground entitling the petitioner for grant of any of above reliefs. No interference, therefore, is called for.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
