After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied in case the petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
