This revision has been against judgement and order dated 17.2.1992 passed by learned 4rth Addl. Sessions Judge, Mirzapur in S.T. No. 1 of 1990 acquitting the accused opposite parties under sections 307/34 and 323/34 IPC From a perusal of the impugned order passed by learned 4rth Addl. Sessions Judge, Mirzapur it appears that the same has been passed in a just and legal manner and there is neither any perversity nor illegality. so as to warrant interference in exercise of revisional jurisdiction. Moreso, the revisionist is also not present to press this revision.
Accordingly, this revision is dismissed both on merit as well as for want of prosecution.
However, in case the cause of action still survives, the revisionist is at liberty to approach the Court by filing the recall application or any other remedy available under the law and procedure.
