JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is aggrieved by the delay in granting a permit. In fact, earlier the grant was declined by Ext.P1 on the ground that no vehicle was produced. This Court interfered with the same as per Ext.P2, since the current records of the vehicle has to be produced only at the time of settlement of timings. The petitioner was also granted two months time to produce the vehicle. The respondent was directed to pass final orders within two months from Ext.P2. 2. Ext.P2 is dated 25.06.2014. The grant was re-considered at a Regional Transport Authority (RTA) meeting as per Ext.P3, wherein, the petitioner was directed to provide some modifications. That was provided by W.P.(C) No.27226 of 2014 - C 2 Ext.P4. Even then the application is pending is the grievance of the petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of directing that the RTA shall consider the same in the next adjourned RTA meeting.
