Learned APP, Mr.Pandya, waives service of rule on behalf of respondent-State.
By way of this application, the applicant-convict has payed that that he be enlarged on temporary bail since he wants to undertake mutation entry work in the revenue record.
From jail remarks, we find that the applicant-convict was already enlarged on temporary bail in October- November, 2011, for a period of 30 days.
Considering these aspects, discretion does not deserve to be exercised.
Hence, the application is dismissed. Rule discharged.
