Heard Sri Suyash Agarwal, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner, by means of this petition, has challenged the order dated 17.09.2018 passed under Section 68(3) of Central Goods and Services Tax Act and U.P. Goods and Services Tax Act directing for seizure of the goods and for quashing of the notice dated 17.09.2018 of the proposed assessment and penalty.
The goods of the petitioner have been released on the condition pursuent to the interim order passed by this Court.
In view of above, counsel for the petitioner states that the writ petition does not survive.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the consequential order, if any, in the appropriate forum.
