Vide order dated 15.02.2019, bailable warranted was issued against the appellants Mahi Pal and Nek Ram through the Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned. In compliance there of the Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned has sent his report dated 16.05.2019 mentioning therein that appellants Mahi Pal and Nek Ram have died in public encounter about 11-12 years ago.
Since, both the appellants have died, therefore, this appeal is dismissed as abated.
