Heard Sri Sumit Goyal holding brief of Sri Jitendra Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that suitable direction may be issued to respondent nos. 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioners in pursuance of FIR No. 0772 of 2018 under sections 363, 366 I.P.C., P.S. Hasanpur, District Jyotibaphoole Nagar.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are not named in the FIR and they are being harassed by the police only account of the fact that they happen to be family members of the co- accused Vishal who enticed away the daughter of respondent no.4.
In view of the above, the S.S.P./S.P. concerned is directed to look into the matter and do the needful.
With the above directions this petition is finally disposed of.
Learned AGA shall communicate this order to the authorities concerned.
