JUDGMENT / ORDER

Looking to the facts of the case, this petition deserves to be dismissed only on the ground of limitation in view of decision in case of Shiv Dass v. Union of India & Ors. reported in AIR 2007 S.C. 1330, On earlier occasion, time was granted to learned Advocate for the petitioner to file affidavit-in-rejoinder. However, the same is not filed. Hence, as a last chance, matter is adjourned to 25.07.2012.
