When the above matter was taken on 28.6.2012 and on 22.5.2014, there was no representation for either side. On 22.5.2014, this Court suo motu posted this matter for disposal on this date. Today also there is no representation. The above approach of the appellant shows that he is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Accordingly, the above appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
