On having heard learned advocate for the applicant and also learned advocate for the original opponent. It emerges that the respondent No 33 has passed away on 2nd June 2009. This application is preferred to bring the only heir of respondent No 33 who is the sister of the deceased Ms Jagruti Patel. On examining the material this application deserves to be allowed. Legal heirs of respondent No 33 is to be impleaded as the party respondent. Amendment be made within fortnight.
