JUDGMENT / ORDER

By order dated 22/6/2012, the respondent was directed to deposit an amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- before this Court. Mr. Arpit Patel, learned advocate for the respondent submits that due to shortage of time, he could not deposit the said amount within the prescribed time as provided by the Court by order dated 22/6/2012. He submits that he is ready to deposit the said amount today itself. Time, which was granted till today, is extended upto 20/7/2012.
Hence, stand over to 30th July, 2012. The respondent shall remain present before this Court on next adjourned date.
