Maheshkumar vs Jogeshkumar

Learned advocate Mr. Patel under instruction of the respondent Jogeshkumar Krishnakumar Raval, who is present before this Court requests for time to pay some amount pursuant to undertaking given before this Court. He states that within three weeks, respondent shall deposit Rs. 1,50,000/- in this Court.

In view of the above, stand over to 18th July, 2012. The respondent shall remain present before this Court on the adjourned date.
