Having heard learned advocate for the petitioner and considering the fact that the petitioner has purchased the property in question by way of tripartite agreement pursuant to the proceedings under the provisions of The Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, issue Rule returnable on 18th July, 2012.

Ad-interim relief in terms of para 5[C] till further order.
