JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned advocate appearing Adeshra appearing for respondent No.4 and Mr. Dharmesh Shah appearing for respondent No.3 have urged this Court to vacate the stay granted at an interim stage without hearing the respondents. Matter is fixed peremptorily for final hearing on 11.7.2012.
Ad interim relief granted earlier shall stand extended till then.
Registry is directed to place this matter by a separate Board of 2:30 p.m on 11.7.2012.
