(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The application is filed for seeking condonation of delay of 319 days. Rule was issued on 12.6.2012 and returnable on 18.6.2012. On 18.6.2012, Registry was directed to issue fresh process of rule returnable on 21.6.2012 and on 21.6.2012, the Registry was directed to correct the remark column and matter was adjourned to 25.6.2012.
The learned advocate for the applicant stated that rule is served.
For the contents of the application, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Rule made absolute.
