DAVE Date : 03/10/2012 ORAL ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in application Exh.28 for impleadment of the parties who have subsequently purchased the suit property, the prayer was granted by order dated 11 th July 2011 passed by the learned Principal Civil Judge, Kalol, but, instead of amending cause title of the suit, other pleadings are added in the plaint and the injunction application with further prayers and the same were permitted by the trial court, which is beyond the scope of the order dated 11th July 2011.
Issue notice returnable on 7.11.2012.
