The facts of the matter reveal that respondent no.2 is the original complainant, who is the father of respondent no.3 and has lodged the First Information Report. Respondent no.3 is 17 years and 9 months old. Mr.Padmraj Jadeja, learned counsel appearing for the applicant shall submit the documentary proof with regard to the birth date of respondent no.3 for which he is unable today.

Ad-interim relief granted earlier, to continue till then.
