JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has approached the third respondent Puncha Special Officer stating that respondents 4 and 5 are obstructing watering and de-watering during agricultural operations. A true copy of the complaint of the petitioner is Ext.P1.
2. In view of Ext.P1, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to take appropriate decision on Ext.P1 after hearing the petitioner and party respondents within a period of four weeks.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
