By means of this 482 Cr.P.C. application the applicant is seeking a direction to the court below to decide the P.S.T. No. 99 of 2016 (Smt. Mahendri Devi Vs. Manveer Singh), under Sections 354, 506 I.P.C. & 7/8 Protection of women From Sexual Offences Act, Police Station Tundla, District Firozabad, pending in the Court of Additional District Judge VIIIth, Firozabad, expeditiously.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Additional District Judge VIIIth, Firozabad to consider and decide the aforesaid case of the applicant expeditiously.
