Mr.Pandya, learned APP waives notice of Rule.

By way of this application, the applicant-convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail on the ground that he wants to take out repairing work of his house.

From the jail report, we find that the applicant-convict shall be entitled to furlough leave within couple of months and under these circumstances and for these reasons, the discretion does not deserve to be exercised at this stage.

Hence, the application is rejected. Rule discharged.
