(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Upon affidavit of the Regional Manager from the GIDC being filed and perused and the statement being made in that affidavit as well as by learned advocate Mr.M.B.Gandhi appearing for the respondent that no land is proposed to be acquired which is within the distance of 300 meters from the outer limit of the gamtal of village Saykha, Taluka Vagra, District Bharuch, the petition was not pressed for any order on merits. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as not pressed, without prejudice to other rights and contentions of the petitioner. Notice is discharged with no order as to costs.
