Despite her strenuous efforts, she is not able to convince this Court that the order passed by the learned Single Judge dated 06.11.2012 requires interference at the hands of this Court. The appeal is found to be without any merit. Hence, it is dismissed.
At the request of the learned Advocate for the appellant, it is clarified that non-entertainment of this appeal as well as petition will not prejudice the right of the appellant-petitioner to pursue the matter as Public Interest Litigation , if otherwise permissible in law.
