Heard Mr.B.T.Gandhi, learned advocate for the applicant. He has submitted that the present applicant has withdrawn applications Ex.19 and 20 for conducting the case on day-to-day basis. Today, he has prayed that he may be permitted to move before the lower Court under Section 309 of the Criminal Procedure Code for day-to-day hearing after further investigation is over.
