3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the accused who faced prosecution in C.C.No.108 of 2006, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Vellore, Vellore District, was acquitted under Judgement dated 12.12.2012.
4. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
