Date : 24/09/2012 1. The petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:
“(A) Be pleased to allow this Special Civil Application;
(B) Be pleased to direct the respondents to give the appointment to the petitioner on the post equivalent to the post of Constable in any department of the respondents accept RPF department;
(C) Be pleased to direct the respondent No.1 to refer the case of petitioner for the respondent No.3 to constitute a committee for screening of medically de-categories petitioner to find suitable alternative post for him.
(D) Be pleased to pass appropriate writ, order or direction and any other relief/s as deemed just and proper by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice;
(E) Be pleased to quash and set aside the order dated 6.2.2001 passed by the respondent No.1.
(F) Be pleased to award the cost of this petition.
(G) Pending admission, final hearing and disposal of this petition, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent No.1 to issue an order to the respondent No.3 to constitute a committee for examine the petitioner and determined his suitability for certain categories of post”.
2. Mr.Shah learned counsel for the respondents states that all prayers of the petitioner have substantially been complied with.
3. Ms.Bhavsar for Mr.Jani states that some of the benefits have not been granted but the same are not part of the prayer in this petition.
4. In that view of the matter, nothing requires to be done in this petition and accordingly, petition stands disposed of. Rule is discharged.
5. It will however be open for the petitioner to make a representation before the appropriate authority for the benefits to which the petitioner is entitled to and which are not claimed in this petition.
