A request is made by preferring the present writ petition to direct the learned Addl. Senior Civil Judge, Vadodara to expedite proceedings of Interim Injunction Application preferred in Special Civil Suit No. 207 of 2009 which is pending for hearing since 15th April 2009.
On hearing learned advocate for the petitioners and also on considering the rojkam, which is produced on record, without going into the merits, it is being directed that since long time has elapsed and application for interim relief has not been heard till the date, the trial Court should expeditiously hear the same but not later than three months from the date of receipt of this order. Parties to the proceedings shall extend full cooperation.
