Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Rajesh Kumar, learned Standing Counsel.
The petitioners are before this Court assailing the order dated 16.10.2017 passed by Addl. Commissioner (Judicial), Bareilly Division, Bareilly; order dated 12.5.2016 passed by Up- Ziladhikari, Tilhar and the order dated 28.5.2015 passed by the Tehsildar, Tilhar, Distt. Shahjahanpur under Section 34 of Land Revenue Act.
The Court has proceeded to examine the record in question and find that so far as substantial right of the petitioner is concerned, the same can only be remedied by the competent court and no reprieve can be extended to the petitioners by this Court at this stage.
The writ petition sans merit and is accordingly dismissed.
