These applications are filed u/s.5 of the Limitation Act seeking condonation of delay of 385 days caused in preferring the first appeals.

Having considered the submissions advanced on behalf of both the sides, so also considering the contents of the applications, which are supported by the affidavit of the applicant, this Court is of the opinion that the delay is aptly and sufficiently explained and deserves to be condoned.

For the foregoing reasons, these applications are allowed and the delay in preferring the first appeals, is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
