(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Learned counsel Mr. P. P. Thakkar fairly conceded that respondents have, at one stage, been represented by their union representative namely Mr. S. B. Chaudhary but as he is not an advocate, his name might not have been entered in the computer to be shown in the cause-list. Therefore, he shall inform Mr. Chaudhary to remain present on the next date of hearing, which is fixed on 3rd August 2012, for final disposal.
