Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The instant petition has been filed for a direction upon the court concerned to decide Original Suit No. 8 of 2001 within a stipulated period.
According to the petitioner, the said suit is at the stage of evidence and is being adjourned from one date to other date.
Considering that the suit is of the year 2001, this petition is disposed of by observing that in absence of any legal impediment, the court concerned shall endeavour to bring the suit proceeding to its logical conclusion, expeditiously, without entertaining unnecessary adjournments from the parties.
