Sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Revision No. 227 of 2013 (Mahendra Singh and another Vs. Virma Devi and another) pending in court of Additional Commissioner Agara Mandal Agra, be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is therefore, directed that the Revision No. 227 of 2013 (Mahendra Singh and another Vs. Virma Devi and another) pending in court of Additional Commissioner Agara Mandal Agra, shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
