The petitioner is an accused of an offence under Section 302 I.P.C. in which he has been convicted by the learned trial Court. Thereafter, he has been enlarged on bail.
In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner's services have been terminated.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of direction for his reinstatement in service.
There is no stay of conviction and only sentence has been suspended. When there is no stay of conviction, the consequence would be that the petitioner cannot be taken in service.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is having no merit and substance. It is, thus, dismissed.
