Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief -
"i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2, to decide the Revision No.199 of 2017-18, u/s 48(1) of U.P.C.H.Act within limited span of time."
From the perusal of the order sheet appended to the writ petition, it is abundantly clear that the revision sought to be expedited was heard on 02.05.2018 and the matter was fixed for 11.05.2018 for delivery of judgement.
What transpired on 11.05.2018 or thereafter is not clear from the record. Neither, counsel for the petitioner is in a position to state anything in this regard.
Counsel for the petitioner may file a supplementary affidavit bringing the relevant facts on record.
