1. Writ petition is directed against order dated 20.03.2013 passed by Vice Chancellor, Sardar Ballabh-bahi Patel University of Agriculture and Technology Meerut, whereby petitioner has been allowed time bound scale pursuant to Government Order dated 23.09.2010 w.e.f. 28.11.2009 on completion of 18 years service. Grievance of petitioner is that his retiral dues have not been fixed correctly. In our view remedy lie to petitioner before Chancellor and learned counsel for petitioner could not substantiate any argument not to relegate petitioner to avail statuttory alternative remedy before Chancellor.
2. We therefore do not find any reason to interfere. Dismissed accordingly.
