Shri. Arvind Kumar Pandey, appearing on behalf of Shri.Rishi Kant Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have participated in the examination for selection of Assistant Professor for different subjects conducted by U.P. Higher Education Commission. Learned counsel submits that petitioners have filed objections to some of the answers after the answer key was published by the Commission. The said objections were considered and revised key was also published.
Learned counsel submits that the grievance of the petitioners is now only limited to the question no.87 and in respect of his submissions he has also relied upon certain documents in order to show that the answers marked by the petitioners were correct and answers given in answer key was not correct.
On the other hand, Shri. S.K. Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Commission submits that once the answer key has been revised by the experts, this court may not interfere in such matters.
Considered the submissions and perused the record.
It is well settled that the Court should not interfere in matters involving academic expertise. It would not be right for the court to sit in judgment over the decision of the body conducting examination as it is not a matter on which the court possesses any expertise. See Brajesh Kumar Pandey Vs. State of U.P. & Ors, decided on 15.5.2019.
In view of the above, this writ petition is misconceived and it is accordingly dismissed.
