1. Heard Shri Jeetendra Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent no. 2 and Shri Baleshwar Chaturvedi, learned counsel for respondent no. 3 & 6.
2. Grievance of petitioner is that his Execution Case No. 72 of 2017 is pending before District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Auraiya since 2017.
3. Shri Baleshwar Chaturvedi, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 3 and 6 and learned Standing Counsel for respondent no. 2 have no objection, if respondent no. 1 be directed to finalize execution case of the petitioner, expeditiously.
4. In view thereof, we dispose of this writ petition directing respondent no. 1 to finalize abovesaid execution case expeditiously and in any case within 3 months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
