Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The instant writ petition is directed against the interim order passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Muzaffar Nagar on an application filed by the opposite party.
From a perusal of impugned order, it is apparently clear that the same is an ex parte interim order.
The petitioner may seek the vacation of the stay order by filing an appropriate application and in case it has already been filed he may press the same.
No interference at this stage, is called for.
The writ petition is dismissed, subject to the observations made above.
