1. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner states that there is some serious defect in writ petition, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh one.
2. Sri Vineet Panday, learned counsel for respondent-4 and well as learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 3 have no objection to aforesaid request.
3. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
