Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ashok Kumar Yadav who appears for the Basic Education Officer and the learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
Before the Court it is fairly conceded that North Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology is not a university established by law and it is also not a deemed University. In view thereof the grounds which have been taken into consideration by the respondents in terminating the services of the petitioner would merit no interference by the Court.
The writ petition fails and shall stand dismissed.
