This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of the NBW order dated 28.11.2015 passed by the Addl. District Judge, IX, Firozabad as well as the entire proceedings of S.T. No. 500 of 2016, State versus Mahendra Pratap, arising out of Case Crime No. 111 of 2008, under Sections 420, 406, 307 and 504 IPC, P.s. Matsaina, District Firozabad.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.
The warrants relates to the year 2015. There is no proper explanation which may be credible or convincing to explain the latches on the part of the applicant. At this belated stage, there does not appear to be any justifiable reason to entertain this application.
The application lacks merit and is dismissed.
